Priority Pet Program
Your pet is the most special pet in the world--you know that, and at the Nash Pet Salon, we know it as well. Because of that, we want to make your pet part of our Priority Pet Program, so that every time your pet visits the Nash Pet Salon, we can "roll out the red carpet" and give your pet the loving care that he/she needs and deserves. Because your pet is one of your top priorities, making him or her beautiful becomes our priority as well!
But we also know how busy you are. And we appreciate that you make the time in your busy schedule to take such wonderful care of your pet--and we want to help you achieve the beauty and grooming you desire for your pet, with respect for all the other things you need to accomplish in your day-to-day life.
In order to provide the most comfortable, positive grooming experience for your best friend and to make it easier for you to get the care you require for your precious pet within your time constraints, Nash Pet Salon has developed our Priority Pet Program.
We partner with you to establish the trim style and the schedule that best suits you and your pet's lifestyle. We will thoroughly evaluate your pet’s skin and coat, as well as teeth, ears and feet, for optimum health care. After the evaluation, a total fee will be established. This will be your Priority Pet Price that you will pay each time your pet comes in for his/her scheduled session.
Every pet is welcome to become a Priority Pet. The program includes:
- $5.00 Discount off your Trim Style Package
- Express Check In and Check Out
- Express Groom
- Discounts off other salon services such as our special spa package and skin and coat treatments.
- In-depth, individual evaluation of your pet's needs and your vision of how your pet should look.
To be eligible for Priority Pet Status, simply pre-book your pet’s next appointment when you pick up your pet. This appointment must be within the recommended grooming and styling schedule specifically designed for your pet, which will be from every 1 to 6 weeks. There is no penalty if you do not keep this appointment; however, you will have to pay full price for services rendered the next time you come in.

Recommend a Friend to a Nash Pet Salon
At Nash we appreciate your patronage and we hope that you will refer your friends to our salon as well. We would like to acknowledge your referrals to show you just how much we appreciate them!
Recommend a friend to our Nash Pet Salon and receive "Best Friends Awards" valued at $5.00 per recommendation. In fact, recommend as many friends as you would like and use your awards for discounts off your trim style package, or to give your pet special services at a Nash Pet Salon, such as our Spa Package that includes a Soft Paw Treatment and a Magnetic Massage.
Ask one of our salon team members for our Best Friend Referral Cards and pass them out to your friends. Don't forget to put your name on the card so that we keep track of your referrals and your awards.
If your friend has been a customer of Nash in the past and has not utilized our services in the last year, you can still receive Best Friends Awards for recommending your friend to return to our salon for a grooming session.
Express Grooming Program
At a Nash Pet Salon we realize that being separated from your dog or cat is hard on you and your pet so to help this separation anxiety we offer an express bathing, grooming and styling service to solve this dilemma. The time frame for completing these services depends upon your pet's coat type, physical condition, temperament in reference to your pet's likes and dislikes, and the type of trim. The average time frames for our basic grooming packages are two to three hours.
However, if we have not had the opportunity to work with your pet previously and are not aware of your pet's likes and dislikes in reference to specific grooming procedures such as nail trimming or drying the coat, additional time may need to be added to the overall completion time. It make take several salon visits to establish the best time frame for your pet to make the bathing, grooming and styling session a very positive experience.
After we have been able to determine the time frame for your precious pet and if we are not able to complete the salon session within the designated time frame, you will not be charged the additional fee for express service.
Priority Pets receive this service at no additional charge.
Salon Buddy Program
We understand that your pet may need extra special care at a Nash Pet Salon. Some pets have special needs and require extra special care while they are being bathed, groomed, or styled--each pet is unique, with that personality and temperament you love.
At Nash, we realize that some pets may be nervous about all salon and grooming procedures in general, or they may not like a specific procedure such as nail trimming, or they may not be able to stand during specific procedures due to their physical well being or age. If your pet is one of these, we invite you to be a Pet Family Buddy, and to stay with your pet during his or her grooming, so that your best friend can relax and enjoy his or her Nash beautification. If you are unable to stay with your pet, we will be happy to provide a Salon Buddy for your pet, at a nominal fee--one of our salon team members, trained especially for this task, will stay with your pet, and offer soothing ear massages and all the encouraging words your pet needs for optimal results at Nash! The fee for this service depends upon your pet's special needs -- if our salon buddy has to stay with your pet during the entire bathing, grooming and styling procedures or if your best friend requires a helping hand during a specific procedure such as nail trimming. At Nash, each pet is special and unique, and our methods are tailored specifically to the needs of your best friend.
